I like the ability to see what is working, what isn't and how we can improve on our video content. What I don't like is that the interface is not very intuitive. It is difficult to find things that you are looking for. The tool is expensive and requires an in-house team of people who understand marketing and can create videos in order to make it work effectively. Make sure your team has the tools they need in order to do this correctly. If you have the right people and resources, this will be worth it. We've been able to pull in new leads and have engaged with current leads that didn't respond well to other forms of outreach.
