I have a Rockville subwoofer and thought it would be a good idea to build a car with a full Rockville system. Well boy I was wrong. These speakers are actually pretty cheap compared to the included subwoofer that I have (day and night). Also the tweeters were really damaged but I didn't even bother because when I got them to work they sounded very cheap. Crossover is a joke. I've seen the best from Soundstream in the same price range. For 6.5 you have to drive them off the amp or forget about them - the stuff is so heavy it really takes a lot of power to move. Generally, the entire driver has almost no flex, which should be fine for a subwoofer, but not for a midrange driver. A bit disappointed because the speakers looked pretty good in the picture and as I said I had had very good experiences with Rockville before.
