The company sent me a brand new keyboard and repeatedly confirmed that the problems were fixed. That's a lot of customer service for a keyboard, but I'm very happy with it. I wrote a bad review at first because I couldn't connect the keyboard to any of my devices or PC. I edited the review very nicely because I was personally contacted and offered to send me a new USB thing to connect the keyboard to. I've been waiting for this little part for weeks. When it arrived I tried again to connect it to different computers but it never worked. I'm tired of wasting precious time on this $20 keyboard. Some might like it, but in my opinion it's a piece of junk. I have already ordered a Microsoft keyboard which I know will work as I already have it. I just wanted a small compact one for my desk.
