Smooth on both sides
I bought two different hats from Amazon and both were smooth on the outside and rough on the inside. This is smooth on both sides. Another issue I've had with others is they wouldn't stay on my head when I slept, this one stands up but isn't too tight. I like wearing a hood behind my ears and I think I should mention that this hood is not for you if you like wearing it in front of your ears. I got it in white because some of the reviews said it bleeds and it's not a problem for me.
- SAVE THE EDGES. The strip can protect weak edges. Apply oil to the edges first, then use a hair toothbrush to shape it and then tie a satin ribbon around your head. Your edges stay smooth all day long.
