I waited more than a month, charged 10 minutes and the light on the cable went out, I wanted to unplug the cable and my charger (the Apple charger that came with the phone) was so hot, that I could smell it burning inside. The phone/charger is new 3 months ago and now I have to buy a new box and cable as I will not be using either. Straight into the trash!
