Review on Outstanding Outboard Lanyard Emergency Tohatsu by Justin Pavelko
The spacer may not be thick enough to hold the shut off button far enough to start.
The gasket was too thin to hold the kill switch far enough to start the Tohatsu outboard motor. Poor compared to what came with the engine.
