I like that it's easy to register domains, offers many features for hosting which are all very well done! The customer service side can be improved by offering 24/7 live chat support instead of just an email address (and not having any phone numbers).

Also some more detailed information about each product would help me decide what fits my needs best - e-mail addresses only tells you how much space they offer at no cost but doesn't tell if there will actually ever come such time where your account gets suspended or blocked because too few users have signed up with them so far etc., while their pricing page does provide this info already when purchasing services from other providers who don´t even bother providing real contact details unless asked directly first as mentioned above!).
