***UPDATE (MAY 2016)*** Fixed suction cup top right torn in half and no longer working. Tried to glue it back - to no avail. The seat cannot support the weight of my cats at just one top attachment point. I hope I can order a replacement suction cup and not have to buy a brand new window seat. The rest of the seat is in very good condition and I've washed the plush straps several times. I still give this seat three stars because my cats have loved it for so long, even in the winter when the windows were cold! August 2015: The quality and design of this window seat prompted me to write a review. Both levels of this seat have removable ultra-plush dark gray sherpa microfleece straps. They are attached to a steel frame with thick velcro straps on all sides so they can be easily removed and machine washed. To wash the panels, you do not need to remove the device from the wall, which is a very convenient design feature. One of my cats weighs 14 pounds. and I'm not at all worried about him breaking that seat, the fabric sags a bit under his weight which I'm sure is very comfortable for him. Rotatable and lockable top suction cups provide more than enough grip and security. Read the description to make sure this will fit your window as it is large and needs a large window! Another great feature is that you can fold it up so you can close the blinds at night. Mine is in my bedroom so privacy is very much appreciated. The seat comes fully assembled, all you need is glass cleaner (and a spirit level if you're a perfectionist) to clean the window and suction cups for better adhesion. Overall I was very impressed with the quality of this product and would definitely recommend it to all cat owners. My two cats love it!
