I am very happy with this whitening gel. I had laser whitening and then took home teeth whitening kits from the dentist. I have tried whitening strips and use organic whitening toothpaste daily. I also don't drink coffee/tea/juice/soda. So why do you need a whitening gel? Red wine and age! This gel is a great skin care product at a great price. Very easy to use, I just squirt a small amount into my trays and pop it in my mouth for about an hour every few weeks or before an event that makes me smile a lot! I have very sensitive teeth and have not felt any discomfort using this gel. However, most people should expect varying degrees of sensitivity, and my dentist always recommends using Tylenol an hour before whitening. I'm sure that with more frequent and consistent use, teeth will whiten several shades. I only use it when I feel the need for a lightening up.
