I wish I had taken a picture of it, but if the dashboard lights up part of it I wouldn't get it. A single, upward-facing LED means there's almost no light scatter. I have a 2005 CR-V and once you fit them in you can immediately tell exactly where each LED is. Just as it left bright hot spots, it also left subtle dark spots. However, they work well in indicators. They are few. a lot of. But they work! I still have them in the safety and high beam indicators. This is mainly because the second set of bulbs I got was only 10 (actually 9 since one of them was DOA) and my car has 11 dashboards. On this occasion, these models with an LED have a small problem that can be easily fixed. Some of the wires running down the sides are too long to fit inside the lamp body. This means that if you don't shorten them, at best the wire will slip sideways and not make contact, leaving you frustrated trying to figure out why it's not working, and at worst it can move out of the way and block the plus . . and negative leads, which would be the wrong timing. But I would choose others. Just get the ones that have three smaller LEDs per bulb. One on top and two on the sides. The ones I have have 3 3030 LEDs which put out about the same amount of light overall as this single LED model, but the light is much more diffuse. They glow MUCH better than backlights than these and are still good enough for LED turn signals. When I'm feeling perky I might put them back on and post some before and after photos compared to the 3 LED models.
