The fact that you have an automated way to get qualified leads has been huge for us and helps keep costs down especially now as we are running with fewer people than usual so there's less follow up required which is nice! At first some customers didn't feel this was helpful at all but when they used it themselves realised how useful they found having lead data readily accessible instead of needing 3rd party applications like Infusionsoft etc where sometimes information wasn't updated correctly anyway due too manual entries. Also if someone gets time off work then suddenly their profile changes causing errors (it does ask users whether they want automatic contact updates changed). Would be very happy though about not paying any subscription charges, just need pay only once per user/department rather payment being monthly would be best but I understand from other feedbacks here this isn’t going ahead anytime soon? They are very responsive! They have always been there whenever I need help. The customer service is so good and friendly that it's hard to find someone else who can do what they do for as cheap. Sometimes it is difficult to know if you're having trouble with their API or their platform itself. We've had issues with them not being able to load in the correct data. This has caused us to lose some leads over the years. We've worked closely with them to try to sort out the issue but nothing has fixed it.
