Great way improve communication between your team

The UI looks professional and is easy to navigate. I like that it shows me who's online. It’s sometimes difficult to find people but other than that, it works well. I'd say try out the service first before you decide. There are plenty of different ways to use this tool so it might not be for everyone. We have been using Wells to get feedback from potential hires. This has allowed us to keep track of who wants to receive messages from certain applications. The most liked feature is that it…

Well does Everything Your Assistant Manager Needs

I love the chatbot feature that allows you to connect with customer service representatives without having to pick up the phone! It's so convenient for me as an assistant manager who has over 10 employees under my supervision. The only thing is it sometimes gets glitchy when connecting through different browsers/devices such as mobile vs desktop. Sometimes we have issues being able to log into certain features of wells. Very pleased - affordable software plus great support

The fact that you have an automated way to get qualified leads has been huge for us and helps keep costs down especially now as we are running with fewer people than usual so there's less follow up required which is nice! At first some customers didn't feel this was helpful at all but when they used it themselves realised how useful they found having lead data readily accessible instead of needing 3rd party applications like Infusionsoft etc where sometimes information wasn't updated…
