I am very frustrated that this hat cord is hard and stiff and can dent my 4 month old baby's head. I was hoping for an elastic thread to pull on and I expected it to have a stopper rather than tying a knot on this stiff thread. Of course I can find and alter these things at a local store, but the reason you order online is so you don't have to go to the store, right? I have these 3 stars, you can see the hat itself is thick, high quality and good, and it suits her too, but unfortunately I can't even use it. I feel like I wasted my money buying it because her hair has fallen out at the back and it's already starting to break because she's not wearing a bonnet.
