Velcro fasteners make it easy to choose
My 6 year old has size 2.5 shoes and a size 3 fits well with good ankle support and I'm glad he has enough room for the shoe to grow. We will be using this for our 2-3 mile hikes over the upcoming spring break. He really likes the velcro straps and it's easy to put on and take off. The protector seems to be quite persistent. And compared to some other shoes I've tried, it doesn't trip over the floor.
