I really like this belt as it is wider than most and acts as a support plus it has the benefits of magnets. I can really tell the difference wearing this belt or not. The only complaint I have is that the velcro eventually stopped sticking, but that happened after about a year of daily use so I still think I got my money's worth with this strap. Since then I have bought 2. So if I wash one up and have to wait for it to dry, I still have one to wear. For the price, if it helps relieve your pain, it's really worth a try.
