Review on Air Lift 57595 Spring Kit by Barry Shaker

Just finished installing the 7500 XL Kit (57595) on my 2012 Dodge Ram 2500. big air bags. I've spoken to customer support over 5000 a few times and have been impressed every time I've spoken to them. I installed the passenger side with no problems, but when I removed the 5000 from the driver's side and tried to install the 7500, the top brackets hit my exhaust (not just a little, but almost an inch more). I contacted support, explained the problem, sent photos of the problem and even suggested a solution (add a 45 degree notch to the top bracket on the back, similar to the cuts already made on the front of the bracket). I reinstalled the 5000 on the driver's side to use my truck. Four days later, a support rep wrote to me (didn't even bother to call) to say I had options: return the kit or cut the mount myself. Returning meant removing the passenger side and reinstalling the 5000 and then trying to negotiate a return with the seller when the kit was already installed (yes that's right). I ended up cutting it myself, the kit is installed and looks fine, but my confidence in your support has suffered greatly. BTW the kit is still advertised as fitting a 2012 Ram 2500 which is NOT true (at least for a diesel). This is the first time I've had a bad experience with the Air Lift and one day I made bracket modifications that seem to fit but seem to suggest a customer make modifications to a kit that was supposedly designed for their car to be a bad (maybe even dangerous) idea. Please note that this review is specific to the Air Lift 7500 XL. Kit 57595 and more to support Air Lift. The Revain supplier sent the correct kit (as far as I can tell from the installation instructions and pictures, although the box was open and a few screws were missing).
