It's a beautiful item, but the charger is extremely loose & the lights work sometimes & sometimes they don't. just like the remote control. Very disappointed. Returned it & asked for a replacement.UPDATE: Received the replacement. & the music box on the replacement doesn't work! I was infuriated! This was supposed to be a gift for my mom for Mother's Day, which is in 2 days, so now I have no gift for my mom! We lost my brother & it's supposed to play You Are My Sunshine, which is what she used to sing for him. So very upset! Then after I requested to return it, they said I'd have to wait WEEKS until they receive the SECOND defective one to get my refund. However, I reached out to Customer Service & she was extremely nice & understanding. They are now issuing me a refund within 2 business days & I don't have to return the SECOND defective one. That's why I updated it from 2 to 3 stars. I would've given them 4 stars if I could've gotten my refund sooner, so my mom's gift won't be a week or more late. So I'm just going to give my mom this one on Mother's Day, because it still lights up like it's supposed to & explain to her that she'll be getting another one with the music box (hopefully the THIRD one will work properly) as soon as possible. I'm not going to tell her what song it plays, though, so there will at least be some element of surprise to it. I'll be back to update how the third one is.
