I'm strict when it comes to shoes. Very hard for shoes. These shoes have stood the test of time. I teach at school (science) and go out a lot in pleasant environments (science labs, part-time jobs in the kitchen). I even wear these shoes to mow the lawn. These shoes were great. The attached pictures show what the shoes look like after two years and three months of wear. As you can see, I've been walking around with punctures in the balls of my shoes. At the same time, after replacing the insoles several times in the first year, I stopped wearing these shoes with insoles. I've tried standard pads, then gels, and anything else drugstore sold. I even ordered some extra. The shoes outlasted them all. The shoes are comfortable and fit as expected. I alternate wearing socks with and without shoes. In any case, they feel great. I'm buying a second pair tonight!
