Review on Monoprice Blackbird 4K 4x1 HDMI Switch with Audio Extractor - Black, HDR, 18Gbps Refresh Rates, YUV 4:4:4 by Ken Hamdan

Even though the manual and Monoprice say it supports Dolby Atmos, I couldn't transfer Dolby Atmos. and plugged it back in so I didn't get a black screen on my old HDMI switches. I bought at least 3 different ones and ended up with this one. This fixed that issue and this switch is great for people with PS4 and 5. This has introduced a new problem (I just can't pause) as my Apple TV 4K was no longer able to get the Atmos option when on this switch connected. PS5 will be getting Atmos and DTS X in an update soon and that will likely be an issue as well. After mixing and matching the different parts I finally got my old switch back and just plugged the PS5 directly into the TV and I just had to manually toggle the TV back. PS5 itself. So I'm very disappointed with this. It supports 4K and HDR at 60 fps, but current standards require Atmos support at the same time. Anything less than all of those 4 standards and it's a product that will be thrown away in a few years.
