I have a new 3DS XL which fits perfectly in my pocket. However, this case advertises a charger, games, and a 3DS XL; but he cannot hold and close them all at the same time. This is important for the function of the cover. You can have either the in-case charger or the 3DS, not both. It just doesn't go up when he has the charger and 3DS, and I've tried every combination: play, swap; in general it is too small. The charger is original and I don't have a case on my 3DS so no excuses just horrible design.
