I use this model in both my home office and corporate office. The dock allows me to charge my laptop and comes with multiple charging adapters for other laptops. It also allows me to connect two additional monitors and comes with a VGA to DVI adapter so I can connect my VGA monitor to the DVI port. I had to purchase an additional VGA to HDMI converter to get my second VGA monitor to work with the docking station. Setup was easy. Connect the required cables to the docking station; then connect to my laptop. My laptop took less than a minute to load the correct drivers. My computer also remembers the display settings so I don't have to adjust my monitors every time I connect it to the docking station. I just plug it in and drive. It also remembers different monitor settings at home and at work.
