Handy for users with multiple monitors and multiple types of laptops

I use this model in both my home office and corporate office. The dock allows me to charge my laptop and comes with multiple charging adapters for other laptops. It also allows me to connect two additional monitors and comes with a VGA to DVI adapter so I can connect my VGA monitor to the DVI port. I had to purchase an additional VGA to HDMI converter to get my second VGA monitor to work with the docking station. Setup was easy. Connect the required cables to the docking station; then connectโ€ฆ

Works perfectly for me!

It was with some trepidation that I ordered this docking station to use with my new HP Envy m6-1125dx laptop with Windows 8 64-bit thinking of finding a docking station for this consumer laptop. As it turned out, the search took a little longer. I've heard about the latest generation of "universal" docking stations, which I believe are enabled by USB 3.0. Two reps at HP's sales office in Boise (who were great by the way) told me that the Targus ACP71USZ would work with my laptop (which has aโ€ฆ

Setup is as easy as updating

I've tried several hubs but they didn't work or it took hours to set up. It worked very smoothly right away. The hub has a place to store nutrition tips that will fit and work on my new Dell right away. The picture quality on both monitors was excellent. The audio worked fine once I restarted the Logitch speakers. The driver automatically updated Windows 10. The settings for my multiple speakers needed to be adjusted (I went into the settings to disconnect my laptop screen from one of myโ€ฆ

This is not a box of gems

The first unit I ordered sounded like a box of gems when I shook it. So I sent it back and got another one. Only later did I realize that there is a cover under which there are different power connectors for different types of computers. Photos for this item must show this feature. Who would have thought? Now that I have the second device, none of the power connectors fit my Asus Vivobook S510UA. I contacted support and they said the model number is not enough. These 44 options fit into theirโ€ฆ
