Review on πŸ› Dream On Me Splish Splash Extra Large 2-Position Baby Bath Tub: The Ultimate Bathing Companion for Your Little One! by Mohan Joseph

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Similar to Primo Eurobath but slightly smaller

I ordered this bath because my Eurobath (EB) had a crack and a new one was $40 compared to the blue tub for $20. Looking at the pictures it's hard to tell if it's the same, but essentially it's the same. I compared them as soon as I received them. Hope that helps. Dream on Me (DOM) has a smaller seating area and a thinner area for baby to lie down. That can be a plus or a minus, on my EB this area was a bit big for a newborn so we had to put a towel in there to keep it from shifting too much. So the DOM might be better for the little ones. My boyfriend is just starting to sit up (9 months old) he is chubby and still able to fit. Even though it's thinner, still switch them to the seat on the other side at this point. I like that the DOM that the child sits on has some sort of protrusion next to where the child's back should be and that's better than the EB which just tilts backwards. As you know, new nannies are a bit shaky, so I usually had to wait a long time before my child could sit in EB. There is a drain hole on the HAUS, a rubber hose is not needed but is smaller than that of the EB. The drain itself isn't really needed, you just lift it up to empty it - we have a good habit of not leaving it full anyway. When you're done, turn it completely over so there's no more water inside. But it's good if you crowd it and the kid is already inside. Both have the same soap holders, but the EB has slots for draining water. They measure almost the same in height/depth and girth. DOM says it's good for kids under 2 and EB says up to 3. I agree with that assessment as there is less seating and lounging at the DOM. However, I have to say that after 2 years I have only rarely used my EB. You really only want a big bath at this age and especially if you have older kids you end up bathing with them so I won't let that sway your decision. - You'll probably use them for about the same amount of time. For those unfamiliar with EB or this DOM I have to say these are my favorite baths. They are so easy and allow your baby to use them for much longer than the little baths you get out of the box. I have three kids, I've tried many types and this one is my favorite.
