Works well but is finicky
The product is a great concept. Small and personal, easy to clean and when it works, it does its job well. The problem is that everything seems difficult to combine. When shading, I had to remove the base and fill it again. Then set it up by skipping the power button a bit and it eventually started mixing. Update: The seller was very helpful in fixing the issues we originally had. They sent some helpful suggestions on how to set up the blender to work more efficiently and now it's working great with no issues.
