I bought this after seeing a friend brag about it in virtual hangouts while ordering at home. I'm sorry, I'm not as impressed as he is. It just needs some tweaking to be a really good handheld massager. The finger rollers feel nice, but are also a bit uncomfortable. I wish they were a little softer or rounder. The rollers don't hit the pinky or thumb at all. It doesn't matter how far you stretch your hand. Only the top half of the three fingers. It goes through 3 stages to tension the rollers. The middle tier was so crowded that the reels started to creak. The strongest step is so tight that the rollers simply stand still. Her engine couldn't turn her. So the finger part is useless. In my opinion. The air pressure palm massager feels great. I love how tight it gets. The problem is that there are no settings. There is one feature that I like the most, but it pops up for 3 seconds about every 90 seconds. She really helps. It's just a little frustrating that I can't get it to do what I want. Buttons do not respond. You must click multiple times to make changes. The heating function doesn't really do much. I can't tell if it's on or off. I think that the warmth of your hand in it is as much or even more than the heating element radiates. I really wanted to write a great review about it. I look forward to love. But it's just not worth the money. If it was $40 or $50 I would probably keep it. If only they would solve the reels stopping issue. But over 100 is just not worth it to me. Unfortunately sent back. My intuition told me to give 2 stars. But my friend really likes it and I can see it working for the right person. So I give 3 to be fair
