I would advise this seller to contact the retailer/manufacturer before placing any orders for CARB compatible products. The state of Colorado requires service centers to have a SEAL on the metal to indicate it is a CARB compliant converter. This item, as well as another one I ordered (81988), is not stamped. The service center gave me trouble because of this. Finally, after a bit of research on the new law and the obvious look of the Model 3's packing list, they found the item online and confirmed that it was CARB compliant. If you are at least in Colorado and want to install it at a muffler shop, think twice before purchasing this item. You may not get enough sensible store associates.
