I am a plus size girl and this sits so comfortably on my lap (XL). I used it on both knees. I recently had a reaction to injections in my knees and both are swollen terribly. This brace has really helped my stability and throbbing pain. So I ordered a second one and it came in ONE day via Prime instead of 2 days at the perfect time of my life! I can't say enough good things about these braces and this company. The braces are easy to adjust, so even if you're losing weight or have knees that sometimes swell more than others, you won't have any problems with the fit.
