Review on RGEEK by Eric Krull

Being a builder and do-it-yourself enthusiast, I've shopped at a wide variety of web retailers in quest of high-grade materials. Unfortunately, I was left feeling dissatisfied after using RGEEK. They may claim to serve both seasoned professionals and amateur builders, but I found their selection to be inadequate. While the site is easy to navigate, it does not offer nearly as wide a selection of products as competing websites. I was expecting to buy something special from them, but I was unable to discover it on their site. I also had trouble getting a timely response from their customer service personnel, which left me with unanswered questions. While RGEEK certainly has some redeeming qualities, the breadth and depth of their product offerings, as well as their customer service, leave much to be desired in comparison to the competition. For all my future construction requirements, I will be seeking elsewhere.
