I like that they are very open to your ideas, even if you don't have any experience in this industry! They work with us (the client) from start-to finish - right through design, development testing & implementation of their product or service we need them for. No surprises at all!! Nothing really so far but will continue working together going forward as we develop our business plan. A great team who value each other's input, time, skills etc. We've been able to get some amazing results by working closely together rather than having one organization working separately without knowing what is happening across the board. For sure there could be more training, which might not always happen when you're dealing directly with someone else's employee base. However it has helped me understand how important communication can mean when putting plans into action. That said my confidence level in getting things done quickly once agreed upon between myself/our teams.
