I love nothing more than a great bag! The bag arrived very neatly and securely packaged. All buttons and accents have been protected which is very nice. The real handles are tall and wide, big enough to fit on my shoulder even in a coat, but it comes with a long detachable shoulder strap. It's huge, very roomy, with lots of pockets and compartments. I love that most pockets have a zipper or strap to keep everything in place. It also has a mesh pocket at either end inside the main opening, big enough for a water bottle or large phone. It seems designed to remain tightly compressed when not full, but fully expandable. It appears to be able to withstand heavy use, the leather is a decent thickness, the rivets are large and strong and the zips are strong and well sewn in.
