The software was easy to set up and integrate with our Slack team chat platform. We used the tool primarily as a customer service app but could see how this would be useful in other scenarios too. It's not so much that there are any downsides - we were able to get everything working without issues. I think if you're looking at using something like this then make sure you have someone who can help setup the integration between the applications. Our customers loved being able to reach out via email rather than having to pick up their phones!
