Great pants for school uniform
My 13 year old daughter is 5'4" and weighs 114 pounds. I bought a size 5 for her and it fits her perfectly. casual pants and suit her school's dress code.The only problem is that they are a bit short at her ankles, but not so much that she's embarrassed and feels like she can't wear them.
