Creative Wooden Dollhouse Construction Kit by Rolife: Build Your Own Mini House! Review

This was the cutest set I have ever seen. Most of the instructions were easy to follow but some were confusing. Some of the details were very small. The details fit well and the design was very appealing. I changed the details to make them mine. I can definitely recommend this well thought-out set.

My set was missing a whole sheet and some parts were cut incorrectly, resulting for example in the shelf being crooked. My kit didn't have D-1mm card paper so I couldn't assemble the house. One of my A45s was miscut and didn't fit on a shelf. The glue takes longer to dry and the instructions were difficult to understand due to spelling mistakes.

This will be one of the most beautiful models when finished. Beware of all cable work. It's a pain in the butt to keep it glued and strong. The ladder is easy to assemble but once they were glued I realized I hadn't twisted them all enough so the spiral was a bit tight. Nobody but me will notice. Also, they contain clay to make some of the smaller plants and little kittens. Use all of the clay in a day. It doesn't necessarily get complicated, just useless.

Bought for my daughter who is 8 years old so we can build together. Impressed by the attention to detail and variety of elements. Clear instructions and good material. The structure is made of wood, small decorations are well printed paper, fabric or plastic. Even includes glue, brushes, tweezers, LED lights and a small die-cast metal Eiffel Tower sculpt. It's complicated, so I'll help with a few things, but it'll be hours of fun for both of us.

collecting was a lot of fun. Anything that should be made out of wires I left for last. Too many pieces of wire. Railings, some decor, a fence upstairs. everything is made of wire. I didn't have enough wire. The wire is not strong enough to bend and stay flat. it looks like a huge wave. My house is finished and I have completely given up anything made of wire. there is no railing on either my stairs or the upper deck. maybe AT LEAST make spokes to hold the wire as a fence post. it can't be 100%

I bought 3 different DIY mini houses and they are all so different in labeling and instructions (from different brands). That was the first thing I put together and it was very tedious and time consuming (which was the intention). But by far this one has the most parts and even more parts built from scratch. This is a fun project, but it can also be frustrating and tiring. I'm pretty sure I cursed a few times when something I was trying to glue fell apart. Patience is a must. Everything looks easy in their instructions, until you have to bend the wires into certain shapes and glue them together. This item looks really good in the picture but I didn't realize I would have to cut out small pieces of paper. I don't have the right materials to make this so it looks awful. The instructions are a bit difficult to understand. Bags don't have pretty markings, making parts difficult to find. I really hate this thing. The paper is not glossy. That's basically the quality of the newspaper. The "wooden" pieces are thin pop-ups that leave you with dangling pieces that need to be filed off. You have to draw everything even if there is no instruction. You just need to understand that the picture is not the color that you are holding.
