I got this for Christmas 2019 and now it's officially broken. The outer shell looks good except for the mic which I broke in a fit of rage because it ONLY started ringing every time I turned this piece of shit on, when it was turned on then started making a very loud noise and more close. sound signal. I don't know why he did that because to this day I've treated him well. I highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere as it is sad how pathetic and useless this junk is. The headset sounds okay at best, and the microphone quality is terrible. I've been told several times that my mic always had interference and sounded awful. Worst of all is how weak the microphone itself is. It's a very cheap plastic that can snap if a three-year-old pulls it lightly, and it's the plastic that makes up the rest of the headset. Bottom line: please don't buy this junk, it's a waste of money and there are better options in this price range.
