Not perfect but definitely worth it
I have mine and it works. Its most important part. I connected my PS2 to it to test Silent Hill 3. This makes the screen look a little washed out and the colors a little brighter. It also flickers in some places. I have a LG monitor and using AV cables looks better than using an adapter. Why do I recommend it? Well, if you want to stream old systems like Gamecube, PS2, Dreamcast, etc., this is a great cheap alternative to convert AV to HDMI. Quality suffers a bit, but if you're on a budget this is a must-buy. Also remember that you will need an AC adapter. Luckily I don't need it because my surge protector has USB outputs. Danger. I still recommend.
