
I found a 1960's Hoover blender at a local thrift store, looks like it has never been used. I wanted to make something unique out of it so I bought this LED/Bubbler and started experimenting. I couldn't use suction cups to attach the bubbler to the uneven "bottom" of the shaker, so I used some clear glass rocks to hold the bubbler in place. The glass stones on the LEDs dim the red LED light a bit (and the red light doesn't come on often anyway, my 4 star argument) so the colors go from green to blue to almost purple. The stones also act on the tiny bubbles emitted by the airstone, bringing them together and enlarging the bubbles. Now I have a pretty cool night light in my kitchen. Edit: The LED has been connected for a few days now. and the "red LED" became more active. In fact, the LEDs change color, so it would be more correct to say that the red color appeared more often. However, I have changed my rating to 5 stars.
