I ordered a two tone strap for my wife's Fitbit Charge 3. The strap is beautiful, it's a bit difficult to put on, a design I've never seen before and really awkward to do with the other hand. I suppose it can be mastered with a little practice, so it's not a deal breaker. One deal breaker is that after I removed all of the detachable links to fit my wife's wrist, the strap was still two links too long. Detachable links are easily removed, but all other links are non-detachable, rendering the band useless. I could probably complain and get my money back, but for $18 it's not worth the hassle so it sits in my little box of useless stuff that's too good to throw away. My wife is not that tiny; It's just a poorly marketed product that could and should have been made with a few more detachable links to fit more women. Alternatively, it could be sold in men's and women's sizes.
