The ease-of use is one thing I like most about this software! It's very easy to set it all out in front you so that everything can be organized into categories (or folders) as needed or desired by your organization/company rules & regulations regarding data storage security etc.. There are some things which could have been better if they were made easier but not much at least compared with other softwares available online today - maybe because we're still new users? This was an excellent choice when choosing our file sharing solution since there wasn't anything else similar enough yet offered here locally where my office resides. We've seen no downsides thus far except perhaps more features would make us feel even happier than now :) File access has improved greatly over time especially after setting permissions correctly per user needs / roles within each department involved during setup process.
