disclaimer i only have 3 days. So I will update after a long time. Can't comment on how well the chair is holding up etc although it appears to be well built. and I don't usually leave reviews except as a warning to people not to buy something. i felt compelled to only do 3 days b/c, it helped my back a lot. I'm 6ft 2in, about 200, and I tend to lean. 3 years ago I switched to a job where I sit at a desk all day and don't move much and my back started to hurt in the mornings and I feel like I'm going to have problems if I keep doing what I'm doing it do . I tried a bar table, a kneeling chair, nothing helped my back. Sore muscles and general fatigue improved significantly. ie my back hasn't been in pain for 2 days and it's like a miracle. This chair makes me sit more upright and tighten my lower back muscles and wow if I hadn't felt a difference. it is day and night. Attention, I'm quite tall and slim. I don't know how comfortable this chair is for a smaller person or a heavier person as the seat isn't too big.
