Eliminate the hyper flash in the conversion of LED turn signals

Since LEDs use less power than standard incandescent bulbs, the conversion makes the flashing unit appear as if the bulb has burned out, resulting in "hyperflashing". These ballast resistors eliminate the resulting hyperflare but sacrifice lamp burnout warning. I probably should have tried a more sensitive flasher relay instead, but I installed the LEDs with a lifetime guarantee and regularly check that they work.
