I ordered these as the shields that came stock with my Medela PISA were too large. I was very pleased with these, considering they are more cost effective than ordering Medela brand. The only thing I didn't notice before purchasing was that the shield and valve are all one piece - versus Medela where they can be separated. The only thing this changes about the pumping experience is if you're using a pumping bra you will need to "thread" the valve through the bra cut-outs before attaching the bottles. It's not a huge deal, but it is a little less efficient than the brand name pieces. All in all very pleased!
