I've been using it for almost a month and I'm very happy that I ended up buying this particular product and not other expensive ones. This is a decent product. Warmed up quickly and easily. I don't feel tired when I move his hand. He did a great job curling my hair and also straightening it. Besides the box, they also provided other tools like gloves and clamps. Even if you are a beginner like me make sure you read the instructions before using, the instructions are easy to follow. Having used it for a while I would say the quality is excellent, there is no feeling that it is made out of cheap plastic. I bought it for myself as a Christmas gift, I also recommend it to other people who want to buy it as a gift for other people!
