Worked for a couple of weeks and stopped.

I bought one and it worked for 3 weeks and then shorted out. I asked for a second one to replace and it only lasted 2 weeks and then stopped working. I also hooked up a relay and an inline fuse as a backup and that fan control module still doesn't work anymore.
