Hmmmmm….I’d give it more stars but I had serious problems getting my 15 year old "don’t move my cheese” cat to eat from it. She was scared to death of it. Maybe the kitty ears? I covered the top of the bowls with a towel and she finally got hungry enough. It took her 4 days to go near it. I was doing the dance of joy when I finally found the dish empty. She has now pushed the towel away so I guess she’s accepted "eating with a friend.” Sure hope it helps with her reflux. We’ll see. If your kitty likes things to stay the same, you may want to rethink the bowls.
