One earring is broken and doesn't fit properly.
I opened the earrings yesterday and one of them won't close. I can't wear them now. Can I get a new pair? I love them and want to share them with my friends so they can buy them but I can't wear them because a hoop broke when opening and won't lock. I'm a good paying buyer, can I get a new pair to wear as I paid for it and one is damaged?
