Review on Enhanced AMD Ryzen 5 1600X CPU (YD160XBCAEWOF) by Jnis Griis ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The best price for such a product, I will buy more!

Examination of the Ryzen 5 1600x. as 15 years of dealing with a variety of various hardware, I had never had an AMD CPU, so I gave the Ryzen line a lot of careful consideration for a very long time. However, as the snot under my i7 4770k lost overclocking stability even on water, I made the decision to switch from Intel to AMD. I purchased a processor for 16 thousand dollars, despite the fact that it does not come with a packaged cooler. The reason I chose this specific copy is because it includes XFR, which allows the processor to be boosted on water to 4.1 on the core if necessary, without producing excessive heat. Even on water, heat can be shown to be being transferred when there is a consistent acceleration. The temperature of the CPU, which is a Cooler Master MasterLiquid 240, ranges from 33 degrees Celsius while it is idle to 57 degrees Celsius when it is under stress. Corsair RAM modules that are based on Hynix semiconductors are unable to be overclocked on AGESA 1.0.0.6 at speeds higher than 3066 MHz, unfortunately. Even without such overclocking, all games run well with performance that is comparable to the i7 7700k, despite the fact that AMD positions this chip more like an i5 analogue. Everyone is waiting for the next AGESA, but even without such overclocking, all games function wonderfully. Since there is no difference in pricing between the two options, and the performance increase in games will be approximately 15 to 20 frames per second, I would suggest going with memory based on Samsung processors because it operates without any issues. In conclusion, I am more than pleased with the processor, and I hope that AMD will maintain such a high standard in terms of cost, performance, and heat dissipation.

Pros
  • Excellent performance per dollar Low ability to dissipate heat Solder under the lid
Cons
  • There have been several issues with memory on Hynix CPUs.
