Bought this for my 5 year old granddaughter to make as a Christmas present. There were no instructions so we figured it out as best we could. It is very tedious and time consuming, but we were able to finish 3 before Christmas. She handled it very well, but was easily distracted. There was a little pink square of sticky stuff, I have no idea what it's used for. My granddaughter realized that the little tool provided can be used like a straw to pick up the jewels and place them on the base. She was very good with him, but he was too small for me to use him like that.
