First I had to find the best magnification for reading, knowing that computer glasses would have about half the magnification of reading glasses. These glasses from Success Eyewear are best for reading and are reasonably priced. The case initially requires training to open, as well as charging points, but once learned, it works well. I elected to have laser surgery and remote lenses for cataract replacement and was delighted that the results eliminated my lifelong need for prescription glasses. However, the lack of near vision while reading or working on a computer was shocking and definitely required learning to use glasses for reading and working on a computer. I am still studying. This is an update: I recently ordered these reading glasses as they are the best I have found. I've tried some prescription glasses but found that I prefer to only use reading glasses. On the computer I use computer power glasses and then these reading glasses. I carry one of these glasses with me and wear sunglasses in the car. So 90% of my time I prefer not to wear glasses.
