Comfortable for my back, this backpack fits my 13 inch laptop as well as books and other things I need for business trips. The large top opening is great with plenty of room inside to put things in without scratching my hands. There is also a padded space for my computer and enough room for my small purse. The side pockets are big enough to hold refillable water bottles even if the bag is full. I've only had it for a week and I've had a lot of compliments, I recommend buying this item.
