I like that it is easy to use, has great reporting capabilities (BI), runs in Excel which makes collaboration easier than trying to move data into SharePoint or some other platform for analysis/reporting etc. It also provides historical reference information so you can easily look back at past requirements if needed but not just keep them all current as they change constantly anyway. Sometimes there are issues with formatting when exporting reports from Microsoft Word versions 2007 & Office 365 ProPlus. If your organization needs something simple, robust, cross-platform functionality this tool will fit right along side of what we've been using now (JIRA) plus provide nice support for version control. We have used Jira previously, however since moving our code base over last year Baselines was able to handle more complex work flows and better integrate into existing processes compared to previous solutions.
